1. Reaches 260 m Depth
A 76 kW engine drives the pneumatic percussion system at 1.7-2.5 MPa, sustaining penetration to 260 m through sand, gravel and soft rock. Air consumption of 17-31 m³/min keeps the DTH hammer on bottom and maintains high footage rates on deep, large-diameter boreholes.

Drill hole diameters from 140 mm to 305 mm cover the broadest range in the JTQZ series — from monitoring wells to large-bore irrigation and industrial supply wells. Compatible drill pipe sizes of 76 mm and 89 mm let operators match the string to the formation without changing rigs.

A 15 t rig lifting force at 40 m/min rapid-rise speed pulls heavy or stuck drill strings out of 260 m boreholes quickly. Faster retrieval cuts non-productive time and gets the crew to the next location sooner.
4. Tracks Any Terrain
Reinforced tracked chassis with 30° gradeability and 2.5 km/h travel speed moves the rig across soft fields, rocky slopes and muddy sites. At 5.7 t, it fits standard flatbed transport for fast relocation between remote job sites.
5. Fast Rod Handling
A 3.3 m single push length and support for 1.5 m / 2.0 m / 3.0 m drill pipes reduce the number of rod-change stops on deep holes. Combined with 45-70 rpm rotation speed and a 1.4 m high-leg stroke for levelling on uneven ground, daily drilling output stays high.
